Before you write
A few things that save a round trip.
Know your counts
How many of each size, and for a print, how many colors are in the design. Those two numbers decide most of the price.
Tell us the date
Counted from proof approval, turnaround is 7–10 business days, longer in our busy season. If you are up against something, say so up front.
Or just start building it
You will get a price on screen without talking to anyone, and nothing is owed until you say so.
